The Fitness Factory is a 14,000 square foot facility loaded with free weights, strength training equipment, cardiovascular equipment and everything you need for serious physical fitness. Roy Espinosa took ownership of The Fitness Factory in 1994 and has transformed the small local gym into one of the top training facilities in Western New York. Roy is not only the owner, but also has 17 years of experience in personal training and 5 years experience in competative body building.

As you enter the gym, you will see that the ground floor is where the action takes place! Elliptical cross-trainers, life cycles, treadmills and stairmasters are located in the front. Free weights, Hammer Strength, Icarian, Cybex and TK Star strength training equipment fill the rest of the air conditioned, climate controlled facility.

Downstairs is where you'll find the Men's and Women's locker rooms along with our on-site massage therapist and fully equipped kickboxing room.

Fitness Factory is conveniently located in the village of Kenmore on Delaware Avenue. Less than 1/4 mile North of Kenmore Avenue, and about 1 mile South of Sheridan Drive.

A truly classic gym within 5 miles of Amherst, Buffalo, Cheektowaga, Grand Island and the Tonawanda's.
